PLEASE NOTE: We Only accept PayPal for payment.  Why? Because by not paying a monthly fee to a credit card service, we can keep the costs low on our decals and pass that savings on to you!  Also, Paypal has a FANTASTIC record of taking care of customers who use it to buy.  If you've ever done business on Ebay and needed to get your money back after using Paypal, you know what I mean.  So, to keep your costs low and give you complete confidence, we use Paypal.  You can set up a paypal account here.  It's FREE and it's EASY!

-All decals are made to order and custom cut, therefore no refunds or exchanges are allowed.
-Normal production time is 1 business day. This is only our production time and does not include the carrier shipping time.
-If your decal is damaged during shipment we will exchange it for an identical one. You will need to send the damaged decal back to us. Contact us for details on this.
-We reserve the right to remove tiny details of an image if the decal size does not permit the level of detail to be cut.
-We reserve the right to substitute shades of color as needed.
-Sizes listed for decals are approximate and may vary slightly.
-Be sure to double check the size and color options are what you want.
-Our decals are die cut and will not have a background but are usually displayed on the site with a black background to simulate the look on a tinted window.
-You will be emailed a receipt immediately after your order is PROCESS and SHIPPED. Contact us if you do not get your receipt.
